3. How much does shipping cost?

  • Free Standard Shipping: Available on orders over £100.00.
  • Flat Rate Shipping: A fee of £4.90 is applied to orders under £100.00.

4. How long does it take for my order to arrive?

  • Handling Time: 0-1 business day(s).
  • Transit Time: 2-3 business days after your order is dispatched.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

5. Can I cancel my order?

Once your order has been processed, it cannot be canceled. If you wish to make changes to your order, please contact us immediately at support@azorts.uk and we will do our best to assist you.

6. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the product is unused and in its original condition. For more details, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.

7. How do I initiate a return or exchange?

8. How will I receive my refund?

Once your return is processed and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 days.

9. Are your products covered by a warranty?

Yes, we offer a 12-month warranty on most of our products, starting from the date of purchase. If your product is faulty within this period, please contact our support team for assistance.

10. Do you offer gift cards?

At this time, we do not offer gift cards. However, we are working on adding more payment options in the future.
